एम के सेवा संस्था आल इंडिया ने बाल मित्र संगठन के लिए कार्य शुरु किया है। 12 महिना से लेकर 15 साल के बच्चे इस कार्यक्रम में शामिल हो सकते हैं। अपना पंजीयन करा सकते हैं संस्था द्वारा बच्चों के हित के लिए सेवा, शिक्षा, चिकित्सा और सुरक्षा की व्यवस्था करेगी। संस्था द्वारा बच्चों के लिए एक हेल्फ लाईन नम्बर जारी किया गया है जिसमें बच्चे किसी भी मुसीबत के समय संस्था से हेल्फ ले सकते हैं।

Innovative, trans formative and holistic, our award winning community-based child centric Bal Mitra (BMO) or Child Friendly Village model is a one-stop solution for holistic child protection working on the ground among vulnerable communities to prevent exploitation of children including child trafficking, child labour and child marriage besides addressing other cross-cutting issues of education, child sexual abuse, water, sanitation, hygiene and livelihood. Besides rescuing children engaged in labour and playing an active role in thwarting child marriages and trafficking, the BMO Division has been working round the year to ensure there is no disruption in education of children by getting them enrolled in schools. The Division also ensured distribution of  Tablet phone to children from remote areas so that they could continue with their online mode of education.
